- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This company is the most incompetent Title agency you could work with in Oklahoma. That was confirmed by a real estate agent of 20 years and my own personal experience. They are slow, error prone, and incapable of correctly assembling documents. I would advise you to go anywhere else. Don't let your title company choose them, they are over priced when compared to local agencies and slow slow slow. I've never dealt with such an incompetent organization when it comes to handling something as important as a home purchase.
