- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I tried for 2 weeks to get into see the doctor. Had to get my medical records for him from the Veterans Administration before they would even see me. I told them I feel like I’m not getting proper care with the VA and want to get a physical and just get checked out. I never got a call back from them and I had to call just to find out about an appointment, I was told he would prefer me to stay with the VA. If anyone knows how worthless the VA primary care physicians are then you know seeing a private physician is a huge benefit and usually a 100% better. Dr. Watkins is a joke of a doctor if he won’t treat Veterans who feel like they aren’t getting the proper care, then I wouldn’t suggest anyone see him!March 19, 2017by Todd Larkin
